1. Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Work will not commence until full payment has been received.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- All fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the service has been booked.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Revive Your Resume relies on information provided by the client.
- The client is responsible for ensuring all information supplied is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
- Revive Your Resume accepts no responsibility for incorrect or misleading information supplied by the client.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
- Revive Your Resume does not guarantee employment outcomes, job offers, interview success, or application results.
5. Turnaround Time
- All work will be completed within 4 business days, unless unforeseen circumstances arise.
- In such cases, the client will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Revisions
- Reasonable changes and revisions may be requested within 7 days of document delivery.
- Revision requests received after this period may incur an additional fee.
7. Delivery
- Final documents will be provided via email in Microsoft Word and PDF formats.
